1) How do I approach the agency for representation?

Please be clear about who you are approaching with your submission. If it is for the attention of an individual agent, then please clearly state their name in your subject box and covering letter, otherwise simply mark your correspondence for the attention of 'all agents' and your submission will be circulated.

We only accept electronic submissions (including showreels) and therefore cannot be held responsible for any original material you send.

Unfortunately due to the large amount of submissions we receive, we cannot personally respond to every applicant, but can guarantee that all submissions are given thorough consideration and we will contact you if we wish to arrange a meeting or attend a show. Therefore please do not make any follow-up calls.

If you wish to seek voice or commercial representation, then please email voiceandcommercials@hamiltonhodell.co.uk following the same guidelines as above.

2) Can I approach you for voice over representation exclusively?

3) Does the agency represent directors and writers?

We are principally an actor's agency, though we do have a few clients who also have directing and writing skills.

4) How do I approach one of your clients regarding a personal appearance or other professional requests?

The most effective way to do this and to be able track your request is by e-mail.  Contact the relevant agent by clicking the link on the client’s CV page.  You may also write to us or fax us on 020 7636 1226.

5) How do I check the general availability of your actors?

Please call us directly on 020 7636 1221.  You will be directed to the appropriate agent(s) for the client(s) you are seeking.

6) Where do I send fan mail?

Please post fan mail for individual clients to us at Hamilton Hodell, 66 - 68 Margaret Street, London, W1W 8SR.  Please mark the envelope FAN MAIL and put the actors name clearly at the top. Your mail will be sent directly to the client.  Please be advised that for security reasons ALL letters to clients will be opened at the Agency before being sent on.  If you require a response, please include a self-addressed envelope with the correct postage affixed. Hamilton Hodell cannot accept responsibility for any items/gifts sent.
