For all fanmail, autographs and charitable requests, please mark the envelope "FAN MAIL". Please address your letter for the attention of the actor in question and it will be forwarded on to his/her home address. Note that it is the client's decision as to whether or not they respond.
Please be aware that for security reasons, all letters to clients must be opened at the agency before being passed on.
Do not call or email us to chase for a response to your request. Our clients are often abroad with heavy work schedules and they cannot always respond to every request.
Do not send any items that are valuable or personal to you as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
We do not keep pre-signed autographs at the agency.
If you would like to request an autograph, please include a stamped addressed envelope using UK postage only. At present, due to recent changes with Royal Mail policy, foreign stamps CANNOT be used to send letters from the UK and international reply coupons are no longer accepted. Please check with your local post office on the best way to obtain UK postage for your SAE. If you do not include UK postage on the SAE we cannot guarantee a reply. Please do not send currency.
Please do not be deterred by our dos and don'ts, as we endeavour to forward all items and correspondence where it is appropriate and convenient to our clients.

Because we receive so many requests for Stephen Fry, he has his own fan page detailing how to get in touch with him.
Stephen continues to appreciate the many personal letters and requests for signed photographs he receives each week, but whilst he is in New York for the Broadway run of Twelfth Night through until February 2014, he will not be answering correspondence.
